Thanks to Trezeta experience in the manufacture of trekking boots, this model is protective, sturdy and with a modern look, while taking up the glorious lines of the company's historic models.
The upper is constructed using, in the lower part, a single piece of nubuck, a resistant and precious leather that guarantees more durability to the boot; in the ankle area suede leather inserts are placed to increase stability and wrapping of the foot. The long-lasting comfort of the fit is achieved with a specific shape for backpacking, with space for toes and correct foot position, also favored by anatomical padding. The rubber band wrapped around the boot protects the foot from obstacles and bumps while walking.
Thanks to the presence of Thinsulate lining and Water Stopper membrane, Fitz Roy ensures ideal thermal insulation and adequate protection against water infiltration and external elements towards the foot.
The sole block is designed for trekking: the wedge is in two-density microporous, for stability and absorption of impacts, with a tpu insert in the heel that allows the correct hook of semi-automatic crampons. The Vibram Fourà outsole has spaced lugs to facilitate the discharge of the accumulated material, a sticky compound and accentuated profile to facilitate striding in all conditions.
