The story of TREZETA begins in the 1920’s when a craftsman Vittorio Zizola produced by hand 5 to 10 pairs of boots a week from a small unit in a village called Crespano (only 5 km away from Asolo, where Trezeta was later based). Every week Vittorio took his bicycle and went to the market to sell his shoes. The factory, which was more of a workroom, was founded about 44 years ago by Vittorio’s son: Primo, who, together with his wife and his sister, changed the brand from 3Z’S to TREZETA.
It was in the 1960’s. after Giancarlo Zizola took control, that the brand moved back to its core values and began to expand and moved TREZETA across the border, bringing one of the most famous mountain and trekking brands, to the now "legendary" district of Montebelluna well-known all over the world for its footwear design and production capabilities
In 2002 TREZETA was taken over by MGM SpA and moved premises from Asolo to Vedelago (TV), still within the Montebelluna area. With the take over of this historic brand, MGM SpA has established fast and consistent growth, supported by an innovative and aggressive strategy. Today MGM is known as a leader in its field, driven by a positive culture through the sharing of expertise, experience, committed people and skills across all disciplines of production and operations. TREZETA - an international brand of prestige in the world of outdoor shoes - has indeed significantly improved the profile of a group already well placed in the inline skates business, thanks to the exclusivity of the HYPNO-line and to the agreement with FILA for the development, production and the exclusive marketing of inline skates.
Already recognized by professionals and outdoor enthusiasts alike, and known as a brand that cares about protection, safety and comfort during outdoor activities, TREZETA now embarks on a new season of change, covering all aspects of the company : from property to the strategic planning and from business objectives to operational projects. There are many positive points supporting the new strategy of development and international expansion. Economic stability, which has resulted in the growth of turnover and the penetration into new markets.
